David Klein, a recent graduate of Cleveland State University, serves as Walk Your Plans IT Manager. He plays a critical role in supporting new location launches, and ongoing operations in Cleveland. When working with locations across the country, David is able to troubleshoot challenges, implement technology solutions, and ensure every client and licensee has a positive experience with Walk Your Plans. A key part of David’s role involves working with the interactive design technology that allows clients to visualize and customize their spaces in real time. He is able to drag and drop elements such as kitchen layouts, cabinetry, furniture, kitchen islands and other design features directly into a projected floor plan, helping clients better understand scale, functionality and design choices before making final decisions.
