Throughout his career, he has played a key role in helping startups and emerging companies scale successfully through strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and a result- driven mindset. What do you really do at Walk Your Plans?
I’m the systems guy… and on camera talent
How long have you been here?
Two years in October, but I did some freelance work with the brand in 2023 into 2024 and fell in love with concept.
What's something people don't know about your role?
Good questions! I think a lot of people don't realize that before any systems and operations are put into place, I help launch each of our 37+ locations.
Favorite WYP memory?
The annual Christmas Party is always a blast but I think my favorite memory was hitting the 25 open location milestone. Seeing the national growth of the business in such a short period of time has been amazing.
What's one thing you've learned while building WYP?
This is an out of sight, out of mind business.
In your career, what's one thing you've learned the hard way?
You can never please 100% of your people 100% of the time. Never assume, over communicate and get your job done.
Fun fact about yourself?
I can juggle!
Favorite sports team?
Hands down The Cavs! I'm a sucker for the NBA even if it's turning into a players soap opera.

Instagram. Although I'm trying to spend more time on LinkedIn.
What's a skill you've always wanted to learn?
I'd love to learn how to play the guitar.
Favorite vacation you've ever taken?
Italy is really hard to beat!
